Pay Determination

Each position at CVMC is on a grading scale. The scale includes minimum, midpoint and maximum pay for each grade. The pay minimums are listed on our Employment Opportunities List. Experience plays a large part of the overall pay process. Starting pay is based on minimum pay plus experience pay. CVMC also reviews similar positions in the department for equitable pay which may affect the new employee’s pay rate.

Shift Differential

Certain positions will receive a shift differential for schedules that includes hours worked during 2nd and 3rd shifts. These differentials range from $1.00 to $3.00 per hour. When you are interviewed, the director or manager will review the shift differential with you.
