If you or your organization would like to designate a sustained commitment to support the Catawba Medical Foundation's mission, plan now to become a member of the Catawba Medical Foundation Society and Executive Registry. Two levels of participation are available. A donation of $1,000 a year for each of five consecutive years ($5,000 total) allows you to enter the Foundation Society as a Gold member. For a gift of $10,000 over a five year period (or $2,000 for each of five consecutive years), you will be a Platinum member of the Society and the Executive Registry. Your Sustained Support and Commitment to the Foundation puts you in an elite group with special privileges.

PLATINUM LEVEL: All privileges of GOLD Membership, plus Membership in the Catawba Medical Foundation Society’s EXECUTIVE REGISTRY providing 24 hour-7 day a week Medical Assistance WORLDWIDE. Domestic institutions include Cedars Sinai Medical Center (Los Angeles); Georgetown University Medical Center (Washington, D.C.); Jackson Memorial Medical Center (Miami); Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center (Winston Salem); Emory (Atlanta) and Northwestern (Chicago).
