FREE! Stroke Support Group - Making the Most of Life After a Stroke
CVMC’s Stroke Support Group offers education and resources to stroke survivors, their families and caregivers, and provides an opportunity to support each other in striving to rebuild their lives while also promoting health, independence and well-being. All stroke survivors, family members and caregivers invited!
Join us the second Tuesday of each month in the CVMC Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at 810 Fairgrove Church Rd, SE Hickory 2602 (Located to the right of the Medical Center).
