CVMG Welcomes Dr. Virginia Duany

Catawba Valley Medical Group (CVMG), a service of Catawba Valley Medical Center, announces the addition of Virginia Duany, DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine), according to Cassandra Graham, Catawba Valley Medical Group director.

Dr. Duany joins SE Catawba Family Practice. After receiving her DO degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Duany completed her family practice residency at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Fl. She has also has completed graduate work in a Masters of Public Health program. Dr. Duany is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Her special interests include women’s health/gynecology, osteopathic treatment and procedures, long-term care of geriatrics and charitable work. Dr. Duany’s hobbies include gourmet cooking, painting, interior design and reading.

Dr. Duany, who is accepting new patients, joins Vondell Clark, MD, at SE Catawba Family Practice. The medical office is located at 6127 South Hwy. 16, Denver. To reach the practice by phone, call 704-483-0340.
