Catawba Valley Medical Center’s (CVMC) Health First Center in Valley Hills Mall will host a class called “Why Do I Have a Headache?” at 12 noon on Monday, May 14. The free lunch-and-learn class, offered by Rita Katz, PA of Neurology Associates, will provide the latest information on headaches and treatment options. The Health First Center at Valley Hills Mall is a service of Catawba Valley Medical Center, a not-for-profit healthcare system providing and promoting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of the public. The Center, located on the lower level of the Mall beside Belk, serves as a convenient location for health education and wellness services.
