Stroke Support Group- Making the Most of Life After a Stroke!
Join us the second Tuesday of each month for education and resources to stroke survivors, their families, and care givers while providing an opportunity to support each other in striving to rebuild lives. Location is the CVMC Outpatient Rehabilitation Center (located in the Center for Rehabilitation to the right of the medical center tower). Program is free.
