What's New for June 2004
We are pleased to announce the following two contracts have been completed for our hospital based providers, and are effective as follows:
**CIGNA All Product MD Contract applicable to CVMG practices only
effective 5-15-04.
NOTES:
-No change in PPO, only the addition of POS/HMO effective 5-15-04).
-Fairgrove is pending until a new MD is on staff at the practice location.
**DOC MD contract applicable to CVMC Psychiatry Providers only effective 6-1-04.
