During your lifetime, you may be touched by the kindness or care given to you or a loved one by an individual or group. You may want to memorialize a loved one whom you miss. Or perhaps you would like to honor the memory of the physician who was like a member of the family for more years than you can remember. Or perhaps you would like to honor the new baby in the family. If you would like to honor or memorialize that person or group in a special way, an engraved tile in the Christine Fox Memorial Wall could be ideal.

Christine Fox was one of the original Employees and Volunteers at Catawba Memorial Hospital when it opened in 1967. She and other early volunteers set the standards followed closely by today's volunteers - cheerfulness, helpfulness, caring and consideration.

For a minimum donation of $200, you may purchase a tile for inclusion in the Christine Fox Memorial Wall to honor or memorialize the person(s) of your choice. Your tax-deductible donation to the Catawba Medical Foundation assists Catawba Valley Medical Center in continuing its long tradition of providing quality health care for the citizens of the Catawba Valley.

A limited number of glazed green tiles with white lettering are available for commemoration. Your tile in honor or in memory of someone dear to you will be permanently affixed to the Christine Fox Memorial Wall at the front entrance of Catawba Valley Medical Center. A lovely, lighted fountain and reflecting pool in front of the Wall complete the setting seen by visitors to the hospital.
