Catawba Valley Medical Center (CVMC) has been named a 2014 Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey Associates, Inc. The award recognizes top-performing health care facilities that consistently achieve the 95th percentile of performance in Patient Experience metrics.
“This national award represents the outstanding commitment and patient-centric culture our staff embodies,” said Tony Rose, CVMC President and CEO. “We collaborate across the continuum of care, using regular patient feedback to make improvements in the quality, safety and efficiency of every patient’s experience whether it occurs in the hospital, a medical practice, or any clinical settings.”
