Dr. Brian Kauth
Prior to completing his residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, Dr. Kauth received his medical degree from Albany (NY) Medical College. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of both the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He enjoys spending his free time with his two children, Wayne and Saphire, along with playing golf, tennis, scuba diving, and skiiing.
Dr. Sean Larson
A native of Ferguson Falls, Minn., Dr. Sean Larson comes to the area from Ferguson Falls where he practiced medicine at Ferguson Falls Medical Group P.A., Lake Region Home Health Care and Lake Region Hospital. Dr. Larson received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis and completed internship and residency at the university’s St. Joseph’s Program in St. Paul, Minn. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Jacques Moua
Dr. Jacques Moua grew up in Albemarle, NC and received a B.S. in Biological Life Science from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, where he was the valedictorian. He attended medical school at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Jacques completed his family medicine residency training at Northeast Medical Center in Concord, NC. With background knowledge in the Hmong language and culture, Dr. Moua is ready to extend his service to the area. He enjoys tennis, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Maggie Spears, MSN, FNP-C
A native of Minnesota, Maggie earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and post-Masters education as a nurse practitioner at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Throughout her career, she has worked in various healthcare roles including critical care, education and diabetes management. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Association and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, sailing, reading and music.
