Family Medicine Physician
Opportunities for BC/BE Family Practice position are available – at Catawba Valley Medical Center hospital owned Family Medicine clinics in both Hickory and Claremont, NC.
The opportunities available are at an Out-Patient family practice in a hospital-owned employed setting with a CVMC Family Medicine practice located in Hickory and Claremont, NC and has only telephone call (1:26). The opportunity is full time, 8am – 5pm; 4 days/ week, and is closed an hour for lunch each day. No weekends, holidays, or evening hours; offers full benefits – including malpractice, dental, health, life, disability, etc.; 3 weeks vacation; 1 week reimbursed CME; and a highly competitive salary (depending on experience) with a bonus structure. Can quickly leave base salary and move over to RVU productivity pay structure when you choose. Availability – current.

Description: Provides age appropriate physician care to patients from young adult through geriatrics as outlined in the credentialing process. We are looking to fill this position in 2017.
Pulmonology opportunity is M-F 8am – 5pm office hours with both in-patient and out-patient duties, there are currently three physicians at this location. The new physician will enter into a rotation with the other three physicians of 7 days in ICU, 2 days off, then 3 days in the office seeing patients. Two year guarantee salary then changes over to RVU compensation plan, full benefits, malpractice ins, 3 wks PTO and 1 wk CME (all days available to provider on day one) 7 additional paid holidays, CME funds for License renewals, DEA certifications, CME trips and education, etc.
Education and Credentials Required: Graduate of accredited medical school program. Current NC license. BCLS for healthcare providers must be completed within 90-days of employment. Preferred: Board certified.
Work Experience Required: None required.

PA Or NP Family Medicine Opportunity – Western NC
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed to provide clinical services for a Student Health Center at Lenoir-Rhyne University managed by CVMC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical services to the students of Lenoir-Rhyne University. Hours: M-Th/ 8am-5pm and Fri. 8am-12pm; 4 ½ day work wk. No weekends or call. Negotiable salary commensurate upon experience and full benefits – medical, dental, and malpractice.

Psychiatric opportunity in an adult and geriatric practice, within a not for profit Magnet hospital setting in Western NC, Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory, North Carolina.
