CVMC’s iBirth App

Moms, we know you have a lot of questions as you plan the arrival of their little one. Whether it be knowing how to take care of yourselves or preparing for your new baby, the uncertainty brings a little bit of expected nervousness. Well, now there’s an app for that. CVMC worked with the developers of iBirth to create a custom app that gives you what to expect when you’re expecting – style information directly on their smart phone. The best part? It’s FREE!

The app will keep you updated from early pregnancy through your baby’s first birthday. Through the app, you’ll have access to everything you’ll need to know about having a baby at CVMC. This includes information like what’s offered at The POD (CVMC’s Maternal-Child Education Center), delivery day admissions and visitation policies, birthing center amenities, virtual tours and more.

CVMC’s iBirth App offers:

  • Weekly alerts according to your pregnancy stage
  • A Preparing for Birth Checklist
  • Trackers so you can monitor fetal kicks, pregnancy weight gain, labor contractions, and your newborn’s weight, sleep and feeding habits, which you can then share with your provider
  • Instructional videos
  • Information on Maternal-Child Education classes and support groups
  • Breastfeeding Tips
  • Nutritional Information

CVMC’s iBirth App is available for iPhonesiPads, and Android phones and tablets! Search “iBirth” in your app store. After downloading the app, unlock our unique content with our password: CVMC.

Are you a patient at A Woman’s View or Catawba Women’s Center? There’s a unique code specifically for you! Ask your provider for their code at your next appointment.
