Offered to men and women age 50 and above, this free membership provides discounts on CVMC’s programs, a 10% discount in CVMC’s gift shop, a 30% discount in CVMC’s cafeteria, and free installation of a Lifeline service. If you have diabetes and want to learn more about managing your disease, Living Healthy with Diabetes is for you. By attending this FREE workshop one time per week for 6 weeks, you will learn how to manage symptoms, communicate effectively with your doctor and other healthcare professionals, lessen frustration, fight fatigue and pain, eat healthier and read nutrition labels, keep your blood sugar in check, make daily decisions easier and get more out of life.
