Fitness Plus offers individual, couple, and family memberships. Memberships are payable in monthly increments by bank draft or payroll deduction*; in six-month increments, or annually. Ask about our discounted and corporate rates for area organizations.
Memberships include the following:
- Unlimited use of facility including the pool during normal business hours
- 3 complimentary sessions with a certified Exercise Specialist to familiarize you with the equipment and establish fitness goals.
- Initial fitness assessment (if requested)
- Locker room with showers
- Free towel service, shampoo/body wash and hair dryer provided
- Daily lockers for personal items
